Support can be tailored to suit you, with options including in person appointments, phone or video sessions. Alongside this, Wellbeing Suffolk offer a range of free online workshops, both live and on demand, covering topics such as anxiety, stress, sleep and low mood. These sessions provide practical tools and techniques you can start using straight away to support your wellbeing.
