The Better Sleep Programme

The Better Sleep Programme is a team within NSFT which has developed a 1 to 1 intervention designed to help young people improve their sleep, especially those who might have difficulties with their emotional or mental health and wellbeing. 

The first session will assess the young person’s sleep difficulty to determine the techniques that might help them improve these problems in the remaining five sessions. The practitioner and the young person will also think together about goals that the young person would like to achieve by the end of the intervention
