Welcome to the Recovery College

Starting your recovery

The Recovery College is here for anyone 16+ living in Norfolk and Suffolk who are looking to improve their mental health/wellbeing. This also includes carers, supporters and other professionals.

There are free courses both in-person and virtually. These are designed to help you build skills and strategies to help your mental health or to help you support others.

  • No clinical records: Your attendance is not recorded on your clinical file.
  • Flexible participation: Take part as much or as little as you like, in an informal and related setting with no tests or exams.
  • Community-focused: Our courses are based on recovery educational principles, with over 40 courses available and new topics being added regularly.
  • Supportive environment: 1:1 coaching sessions where you can access guidance on choosing courses, and have help with registering or using our self-booking portal.

Recovery is where people find ways of living a meaningful and purposeful life with, or without, ongoing symptoms.
