Menopause support

Menopause affects everyone. Women make up half the population, and the menopause and peri-menopause can have an impact on them, their families, friends and colleagues.

The menopause can affect many areas of life, including work, home life, relationships and friendships. Symptoms can last for several years and can include anxiety, reduced concentration, sleep disturbance, hot flushes and heavy periods - all of which can be both physically and emotionally distressing.

These pages are designed to offer support and resources to anyone going through the menopause and anyone interested in learning more.
