Safer Kinder Better Awards 2025

The second Safer, Kinder, Better awards are open for NSFT staff and members of the public to get involved with. This year there are two categories which are also open for members of the public to nominate staff for which are:

• Unsung Hero Award (Clinical)
• Unsung Hero Award (Non-clinical)

These awards are for individuals who have shown a clear commitment to NSFT, lives the Trust values and are driven to provide safer, kinder and better care. They will have demonstrated significant achievement, which is having a positive effect for service users and their colleagues, but they will often be the last person to broadcast their own success.

Voting for these awards has now closed. Thank you to everyone who contributed to our 691 nominations. Further details will follow.
