Join us for a walk and talk for Mental Health Awareness Week.
We are a group of people with a personal interest in mental health for young people and a passion for improving mental health services and we would love you to join us.
If you’re 25 or under and would like to meet and connect with others in a safe place then please feel free to join us. Carers and supporters are also welcome.
Bury St Edmunds, Abbey Gardens, Friday 13 May, 2-3.30pm
Feel free to join in the conversations (they don’t have to be about mental health) and share as little or as much as you would like to or just come along for the walk.
You can join us for the whole thing or just pop along for a little while, whatever you prefer.
