Join us for a cuppa and a chat.

Just turn up and meet like-minded people in a relaxed, informal chat setting, meeting at a different Ipswich coffee shop each week.

Usually held every Wednesday, this week you can also join us on Friday 13 May. This is to mark Mental Health Awareness Week (9-15 May). The theme this year is loneliness.
