    Services A–Z

    Under 18s Wellbeing, Suffolk

    • Our Children, Families and Young People’s (CFYP) Under 18 Wellbeing Service is an early intervention service. The service supports young people and their families with mild to moderate mental health difficulties. We may be able to offer therapy following an assessment. The assessment will be with either a Primary Mental Health Worker (PMHW) or Children’s Wellbeing Practitioner (CWP). This therapy (CBT, IPTA, EMDR) could be with a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. Alternatively we will provide a CBT informed guided self-help with a Children’s Wellbeing Practitioner or bespoke interventions with a PMHW. These interventions could involve group work and webinars. We support young people aged 11- 17. We are also commissioned to accelerate referrals for children aged 13-15 to the 4YP Counselling Service.
