- REST centres (Norfolk) - who provide support to anyone, bringing together mental health support, local services and a place where everyone can feel welcome
- Talking Therapies - for people in need of support if they feel continually depressed or anxious.
- Mind - Mind offer help whenever you might need it through their information, advice and local services.
- Rethink - Rethink help anyone directly affected by mental illness along and those caring for people affected by mental illness.
- Shout is the free and confidential 24/7 text messaging support service for anyone who is struggling to cope. Text 85258 for support whenever you need it.
- SANEline - is a national out of hours mental health helpline offering specialist emotional support, guidance and information to anyone affected by mental health illness.
