Refugees and asylum seekers can now receive a mental health assessment, support and signposting after Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust (NSFT) launched a specialist clinic designed to make it easier for forced migrants to access care.

A fete to celebrate “caring together” will be held by Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust next week at Carlton Court.

Entertainer Olly Day will open a fete at Hellesdon next week which has been organised by Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust to celebrate “caring together”.

People with an interest in mental health are being given a valuable insight into the support which is available locally, tips on looking after themselves and the opportunity to listen to other people’s experiences in a new podcast.

Young people who are struggling with their mental wellbeing are being given the chance to take part in a special programme which will encourage them to get active while educating them about sleep, diet and mindfulness.
