How to Manage Stress During Pregnancy
Whether you are a first-time parent or you have had several pregnancies, navigating pregnancy can be a stressful experience. This workshop will provide you with the key information about stress during pregnancy so that you can make informed decisions about your own stress management to support you and your baby. Often, we have little or no control over certain stressors in our environment and we know that these stressors can increase during pregnancy. This workshop isn't about avoiding stress altogether but is about giving you permission to prioritise stress reduction during this pregnancy and see this as important as the other things you are prioritising, such as your nutrition, to make a difference for both you and your unborn baby.
