Industrial action update

The British Medical Association (BMA) has confirmed that resident doctors will take strike action 7am on Friday 14 November 2025 to 7am on Wednesday 19 November 2025, as part of an ongoing national pay dispute with the Government.

NSFT are committed to delivering safe, quality care to the people who need us.

If we have not contacted you, please attend your appointment as planned.

What if I need urgent or emergency care?If you feel you need support during this time, please check your care plan, and:

  • During office hours, contact your care coordinator or the duty number for the team that is supporting you. If you don't have their details, visit NSFT's service finder at services | Norfolk and Suffolk NHS
  • Or call the urgent mental health helpline on 111 and select the mental health option.
