Relocation of Hellesdon Hospital’s main reception

Service users, families and carers are being advised of some changes at the Hellesdon Hospital site from Wednesday 15 October.
The main reception will be moving from the main building to The Hub on the Lower Plateau, part of the Rivers Centre, on Wednesday 15 October.
The reception doors in the hospital's main building will no longer be in use for service users, families and members of the public, but new signage is being installed to direct visitors to the new building.
Service users who attend the Clozapine Clinic will be required to access the building via a different entrance from Thursday 16 October. Access will be via the road between the Frank Curtis Library and Laburnum Centre. Signs will be displayed directing people to the new entrance however, those with upcoming appointments will be notified of the changes in advance.
The relocation of Hellesdon Hospital's reception is part of our long-term plan for the site, following the completion of the Rivers Centre and the corporate function move.
