Sleep

The amount of sleep each person needs is different and changes as we get older.  

There are lots of reasons it can be difficult to sleep.  These can include: 

  • Not being comfortable 

  • Anxiety or worries 

  • Being unwell 

People can find different things about sleep difficult.  Some people: 

  • Find it difficult to get to sleep 

  • Wake up a lot  

  • sleeping during the day time rather than at night 

  • Find they are sleeping a lot
