    1. Early Intervention in Psychosis (Suffolk)

      The Early Intervention in Psychosis Service supports people between the ages of 14 and 65 in Suffolk who are experiencing symptoms of a first episode of psychosis. This service supports people for up to a three-year period and provides intervention to reduce the impact of the symptoms and support social recovery. The Early Intervention in Psychosis Service aims to help people who use the service, and their family, to understand more about the symptoms of psychosis and what treatments are available.

      The Early Intervention in Psychosis Service supports people between the ages of 14 and 65 in Norfolk and Waveney who are experiencing symptoms of a first episode of psychosis.     3. East Suffolk Crisis Response and Home Treatment (CRHT) Team

      The East Suffolk CRHHT team provide a four-hour response for people experiencing acute mental distress who are in crisis. We also provide a home treatment service that supports people in the community.

    4. Enhanced Support Service, HMP Wayland in Norfolk

      Enhanced Support Service (ESS) is part of NSFT’s portfolio of national Offender Personality Disorder Pathway services offered at HMP Wayland. The service encompasses nursing and psychological approaches. It offers short-term outreach and support to individuals who are experiencing emotional dysregulation and associated behavioural problems linked to personality.

    5. Great Yarmouth and Waveney Acute Inpatient Service

      Our Great Yarmouth and Waveney Acute Inpatient Service supports adults who have a severe and lasting mental health issue. The team provides support to inpatients and those in the local community.

    6. Home Treatment Team in West Suffolk

      Our Home Treatment Team in West Suffolk provide an alternative to hospital admission. This service is for people who are experiencing acute mental health problems. The Home Treatment service offers intensive support to people in their own home.

    7. Integrated Delivery Team (IDT) Bury North

      The Integrated Delivery Team (IDT) for Bury North coordinates community mental health services in the Bury North area. This service is for people of working age and older adults. It also supports individuals with a learning disability.

    8. Integrated Delivery Team (IDT) Bury South

      The Integrated Delivery Team (IDT) for Bury South coordinates community mental health services in the Bury South area. This service is for people of working age and older adults. It also supports individuals with a learning disability.

    9. Integrated Delivery Team (IDT) Central Suffolk

      The Integrated Delivery Team for Central Suffolk coordinates community mental health services in this area. This service is for people of working age and older adults. It also supports individuals with a learning disability.

    10. Integrated Delivery Team (IDT) Coastal Suffolk

      The Integrated Delivery Team for Coastal Suffolk coordinates community mental health services in the coastal Suffolk area. This service is for people of working age and older adults. This also includes supporting individuals with a learning disability.

    11. Integrated Delivery Team (IDT) Ipswich

      The Integrated Delivery Team for Ipswich coordinates community mental health services in the coastal Suffolk area. This service is for people of working age and older adults. This also includes supporting individuals with a learning disability.

    12. Integrated Mental Health and Justice Pathway

      The Integrated Mental Health and Justice Pathway offers a range of services across Norfolk and Suffolk at all stages of the Criminal Justice System. The Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust has a Liaison and Diversion Service providing interventions for people through police custody and court.

    13. Intensive Older People's Service (IOPS) Central Norfolk

      The Intensive Older People's Service (IOPS) Central Norfolk team offers assessments and interventions for adults with age related needs. This service is not only for people over the age of 75. It is for people living with acute, severe and enduring mental health problems. This includes anxiety, depression, psychosis, confusion, dementia (any age) and related behavioural problems.

    14. Lark Ward

      Lark Ward is at the Woodlands Unit in Ipswich Hospital. It is a Psychiatric Intensive Care Ward (PICU). Our Lark Ward team cares for men over the age of 18 covering the area of Suffolk and Norfolk, Rollesby PICU Ward in Norwich cares for women across Norfolk and Suffolk. Lark provides care and treatment for men in the most critical time of mental health recovery. The team offers a more intensive service than other inpatient wards. This is due to our environment, levels of staffing and number of people cared for on the ward. Lark Ward work to ensure lengths of stay are as short as possible.

    15. Liaison and Diversion Service (L&D)

      Liaison and Diversion services assess people suspected of a crime before any sentence. They help people to find support from a treatment or support service to improve health and criminal justice outcomes.

    16. Lotus Maternal Therapeutic Outreach Team

      A dedicated service for women and birthing people in Norfolk and Waveney, providing help and support for: - Birth trauma (a traumatic event related to pregnancy, birth or immediately afterwards) - Fear of childbirth (Tokophobia) - Loss of a pregnancy (this could include miscarriage, termination of pregnancy, ectopic pregnancy and stillbirth) or the death of a baby within the first 12 months. - A child no longer living with them due to Children’s Services involvement

    17. Mayfly Ward

      Mayfly Ward is at Hellesdon Hospital in Norwich. It is an acute admission ward that offers assessment and treatment. The ward is for people experiencing acute mental illness, who are not safe to manage in their community.

    18. Men's Low Secure Services (Norfolk) (Blakeney Ward)

      Blakeney Ward is a 16-bed ward for offending males or males at risk of offending who have a mental illness and who need a low secure setting. It is for men over the age of 18. Blakeney Ward is in Northside House.

    19. Men's Low Secure Services (Suffolk) (Foxhall House)

      Foxhall House is a 16-bedded unit for offending men or men at risk of offending, over the age of 18, who have a mental illness and who require a low secure setting.

    20. Men's Secure Service (Catton Ward)

      Catton Ward is a medium-secure ward providing admission/assessment and rehabilitation. We admit male individuals who are suffering from a mental illness who require a period of assessment. The service admits from a number of sources including prisons and other Medium Secure Units.
