Welcome to the Recovery College
Starting your recovery
We can all experience mental illness; one in four people will experience this within a year. The Recovery College is open to all those interested in mental health recovery in Norfolk and Suffolk. The Recovery College provides educational courses to equip you with the skills and strategies to move on with your recovery and/or to support others.
Recovery is learning to live a meaningful life with, or without, ongoing symptoms. It is a journey of personal development and discovery that focuses on your wellbeing.
Here, you will be able to browse our courses and register as a new student. You can also learn more about the Recovery College, how it works and how the Framework and Principles of Recovery can help you.
Attendance at the Recovery College is not put on clinical records and all courses are free. There are lots of opportunities to take part so you can do as much or as little as you like. You can do all this in an informal and relaxed environment with no tests.
