Harmful Sexual Behaviour Team (HSB)

Our Harmful Sexual Behaviour Team supports professionals who are working with young people from 0 to 18 years of age and who are displaying harmful sexual behaviours. The team offers training, consultation and support with assessment and intervention.

What this service offers
The Harmful Sexual Behaviour Team provide a service primarily aimed at supporting professionals working with young people, but when appropriate the team can offer direct assessment and intervention for young people and their families.
Access this service
HSB consultations can be accessed by any professional working either directly or indirectly with a child or young person displaying sexual behaviors that are developmentally inappropriate and/or are harmful to themselves or others.
Training packages can be accessed via the Norfolk Safeguarding Children Board Learning Hub and bespoke packages can be accessed by email (hsbproject@norfolk.gov.uk).
Visiting and onsite facilities
Paid parking is available at County Hall. County Hall has full Wheelchair access and disabled toilets.

Urgent help
The Harmful Sexual Behaviour Team does not provide urgent care.
Call 111 and select the mental health option to speak to our 24 hour mental health crisis line.
If you are with someone who has attempted suicide, call 999 and stay with them until the ambulance arrives.
