Star of the Year: Non-clinical - finalists 2022

This award is looking for an individual who has shown a clear commitment to our Trust / mental health. They will already have demonstrated significant achievement, which is having a positive effect for service users and their colleagues.

Winner

Amanda Daisley-Price
Reception/office clerk, City Anchorage, Norwich

Amanda is the definition of a true professional, managing complicated situations face-to-face and via the telephone throughout the day. She makes each individual feel valued and service users often share how much they value her time and support. She speaks to service users and staff with respect, kindness and compassion.

She juggles administration tasks alongside being the first point of contact for our services users, offering warm words of support and encouragement. She recently accommodated a last-minute change in a clinic with a member of staff who was new to City Anchorage and took the time to make them feel at ease.

During the pandemic, she was the face of City Anchorage. Her smile and humour are evident every day and City Anchorage would not feel the same without her.
