On the run up to World Sleep Day (19 March) Wellbeing Suffolk is encouraging anyone who is experiencing problems with their sleep to attend an online webinar.

Sleep problems are very common and affect people in different ways. Some people have problems getting off to sleep. Some find it hard to stay asleep; waking often or waking up early. And some have problems getting back to sleep.

Local Wellbeing services are offering a range of free webinars to help people better understand and manage their sleep.

Improving your sleep – a two-hour webinar is running every Tuesday from 10:00 to 12:00.Book online at www.wellbeingnands.co.uk or by calling 0300 123 1503
