I have known people who have needed the support of the Trust over the years. Sometimes things have gone well and other times not so much so.

In my working life I was a NHS Complaints advocate. I later worked for Healthwatch Suffolk. There I facilitated the Mental Health Focus Group for five years. At that time there seemed a disconnect between what NSFT staff were telling me and what senior managers thought to be the case.

In my private life I have been a Samaritan. I helped to found the Suffolk branch of Survivors of Bereavement by Suicide. I have also been a Trustee of Suffolk User Forum.
