Nicki Bramford - Staff Governor

Term of office started 1 February 2024 

I am passionate about equity and inclusion. Everyone must have equal opportunity to access our services.  As Staff Governor, I will ensure the voice of our staff is heard in achieving this. In championing the voice of our staff, in 2020 during the pandemic I set up the first Women’s Staff Network. I am proud of what the network's members achieved within the first three years. I am an active ally with all staff networks. This includes supporting Pride and Black History celebrations. 

As a trustee of a local children’s charity, I provide oversight, good governance and accountability. This I do through strategic and relational skills. These qualities will support me in the role of Governor. I care deeply about my communities in Norfolk and Suffolk. I am enthusiastic about NSFT's improvements. I will champion our staff as they work with patients in providing safe, quality care.
