Help in a crisis
Open Day at Carlton Court

We are seeking Band 5 Nurses for our Carlton Court Continuing Care and Older Person small wards. This is an exciting opportunity for you to play a key role delivering high quality care.

You'll find committed friendly teams who care very much about the care that they give to this service user group and you'll be supported by clinical and management supervision. To assist with your development, and that of the service we provide, we work with safer staffing levels on the wards. If you are a newly qualified Nurse you can expect extra support with your development from our new Nursing Academy.

You'll be eligible for a £1,000 Recruitment Premium, relocation package and up to 6 months accommodation on application. We have free parking, are close to amenities and also to the beach!

You'll be working closely with our newly appointed Discharge Coordinator on site but also with Social Services and other partner agencies to help improve quality of life and care, not only on the ward but also beyond the ward environment.

You could be working and living close to the seaside but still within touching distance of historic Norwich and the iconic Broads National Park.

Lowestoft is the most easterly point of the British Isles and is an attractive and relaxed coastal town with a low cost of living for its 60,000 residents.  It is widely regarded as a popular holiday destination among people who wish to lap up the Suffolk sun and all the fun of a traditional seaside resort. However, Lowestoft is also a wonderful place to live and not just visit. It has a rich maritime history which you can explore through its many museums and special heritage walks. The town is home to several Blue Flag beaches, making it a clean and pleasant place. As well as taking a dip in the water, people are able to enjoy the Victorian seafront gardens, the Royal Plain Fountains and its two piers.
