Five Ways to Wellbeing

The Five Ways to Wellbeing are research-based actions that we can all do to improve our overall physical, mental, and emotional health.

The course covers:

▪ What is meant by ‘Wellbeing’ and how this links in with personal recovery

▪ The benefits of each of the Five Ways to Wellbeing

▪ How we can use the Five Ways of Wellbeing to set meaningful goals

This goes into more detail than the Webinar with the same name. You are provided with additional worksheets to further think about the impact the Five Ways to Wellbeing can have on our lives.

Course duration: Two sessions of 2 hours and 30 minutes
