ACT stands for ‘Acceptance and Commitment Therapy/Training’, and this four-week course aims to explore the ideas behind this approach in a teaching, not therapy, format. Followed on from the Webinar with the same name, it is an in-depth exploration of the ACT approach.
course covers:
▪ A toolkit for dealing with painful thoughts and feelings
▪ Explores personal values and how-to live-in line with them
▪ Practice techniques on your own thoughts and feelings – this is voluntary and there is no pressure if you do not want to. Course duration: Four sessions of 2 hours
Please note this course will run over 4 consecutive weeks until the 9th of February
