Paula Fox – Public Governor, Suffolk

I am a married mother of three and have an interest in mental health and wellbeing. 

Our services need to be effective for all who need and use them. I have an interest in mental wellbeing as I am bipolar with anxieties and have used the service in the past. 

I have previously been a town, borough and county councillor, so have experience of meetings and scrutinising officers to find out more detail. It is important to question and challenge authorities to bring the best service to people.
