Free online course to help people cope with loss and bereavement

​Sign up for a new online course for people suffering from loss and bereavement. The Recovery College course is running on 17 and 24 November over Zoom.

The two-week course, has been developed through working with people experiencing loss and grief, both past and present.

The course covers:

  • the 5 stages of grief, helping people to understand that grief is a normal process
  • how losing someone or something can impact on day-to-day life
  • how to move forward from loss
  • the many different types of loss and highlights that every loss is unique

The course will also give attendees the opportunity to share experiences.

Consultant Clinical Psychologist Ruth Mills at Noroflk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust said:

You don't need to be under the care of Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust (NSFT) to join the course. The course is available to everyone.
