Help in a crisis
Service Page
Foxglove Ward, Carlton Court, Great Yarmouth & Waveney

 What help do you offer?

We offer full assessment of your needs and a care plan tailored to you, as well as regular reviews by our multi-disciplinary team. Your care plan could include activities to suit you or help from allied workers such as physiotherapists. We can also provide support for your family and carers.

How do I get help from your service?

Our service is continuing care and we can only offer this if you meet our continuing care criteria. You must be assessed prior to being admitted to our ward.

What hours is your service available?

We offer 24 hours a day care, seven days a week.

What can I expect from you?

We determine the length of your initial stay with us on our assessment wards. After this time, or if your circumstances change, our multi-disciplinary team reassesses your needs.

During your stay we offer various therapies and group sessions to meet your needs. We encourage you and your family to take part in ward activities, trips out and fund raising events.

We monitor your diet and fluids continually during your stay and special diets are available. We host weekly spiritual gatherings. Our ward manager is available to discuss any concerns or problems with your care. We also offer uninterrupted meal times.
