The County wide ADHD service offers specialist assessment and, if appropriate diagnosis and treatment for symptoms of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder for children and young people.
Children and their families and carers are at the heart of what we do. Our aim is to get to the root of the young person’s difficulties so we can help resolve them with appropriate evidence based ethical treatment and intervention.
We offer assessment for Children and Young People from the age of 6 to 18 (19 if still in full time education).
We accept referrals via the Wellbeing Hub from:
We also welcome supporting evidence from SENCOs, Social workers and other statutory services.
9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
We have a highly experienced and committed team of nurses and doctors who use their skills and knowledge to help understand the nature of the young persons difficulties.
We offer assessment and for some people diagnosis if ADHD. If we do not think that the young person has ADHD we ensure that we help and assist the young person to access the right service/support to help resolve their difficulties.
