Come along to one of the four Annual Plan Consultation Events taking place where staff and public Members will have the opportunity to tell us what they believe is going well in the Trust and what can be improved upon.

This feedback will be given to the Council of Governors who will use it to inform their priorities and to represent the Trust membership in the 2020/21 Annual Plan.

Governors, local Care Group leadership and Trust management will be in attendance and look forward to hearing your feedback.

A buffet lunch will be served from 12.30-1.30pm at all events.
