Mental health and wellbeing among our Black and Minority Ethnic communities.
A first time event organised in partnership with the Caribbean and African Community Health Support Forum (CACHFS) and Suffolk Refugee Support (SRS) and NSFT to understand the barriers experienced by our local diverse communities which will inform us of the changes that are required to improve the quality of services we provide.

During the afternoon session there will be two workshops

  • Barriers in accessing and using mental health services
This event will include lunch with a range of diverse cultural food; live music, entertainment and opportunities to network.
