- 4:00pm Balloon release, see all your worries float away
+ on the Lifeboat Plain - 5:30pm onwards Rock concert

With activities, alternative therapies and stalls - including one from the Trust.
The Outstanding in the Field project is funded by Time to Change, England’s biggest programme to end the stigma and discrimination faced by people with mental health problems and is run by the Mind and Rethink.
