Our Workforce and Organisational Development Strategy 2016 – 21 sets out our vision, ambitions and plans for the development of our organisation, through our workforce, in support of our Trust’s three strategic goals:
- Improving quality and achieving financial sustainability
- Working as One Trust
- Focusing on prevention, early intervention and promoting Recovery
This strategy will enable us to develop our staff to be the best they can be within a supportive but accountable leadership culture. It focusses on creating an engaged, skilled and responsive workforce, where every member of staff works collaboratively to make our Trust a great place to work and a great place to receive care.
