Equality monitoring includes collecting information about the staff who work for us, as well as carers, members of the Trust and service users that come into contact with our services.
As part of the Public Sector Equality Duty (PSED), the Trust is legally required to gather and publish data about people who use its services and staff working in the Trust to provide the services.
