29/10/2012

‚ÄčWhen: Thursday 8th November 2012

Venue: Belstead Brook Hotel, Ipswich Time: 9am coffee, 9.30 am start to 4pm (refreshments & lunch included)

Who is this event for? This event is for everyone; to include service users, carers, partner organisations and commissioners who are interested in our care pathways, and would like to contribute thoughts and ideas to the programme.

What is Radical Pathway Redesign? Radical pathway Redesign is the design phase of our Trust Service Strategy, providing services in the future taking into account the financial challenges and other factors such as the introduction of Payment by Results for Mental Health.

As a major provider of mental health services, it is important that we design and clearly describe the pathways and packages of care that we intend to provide for future users of our services.

The programme will cover health and social care services currently commissioned by NHS Suffolk and Suffolk County Council for children and adults.

What will be discussed? You will be hearing an update on the proposals, focus groups we will be conducted on how the services are being shaped, what the next steps are. There will also be opportunities for you tell us what you think so far.

Why should you attend? Anyone who is interested in the future of mental health and Learning Disabilities services in Suffolk.
