Notes to editors:
SystemTDM® is a recall and reminder platform for patients taking medication that requires regular monitoring for health reasons. It is currently being using by the Trust to monitor service users who take lithium. The Bed Management and Discharge Facilitation System is a system that allows the admission, transfer and discharge of patients in an efficient and safe manner, increasing productivity on the wards and ensuring beds are used effectively.
