Wellbeing Norfolk offers help and support to improve wellbeing and
manage stress, low mood and anxiety. We aim to reduce the onset of
mental ill health, prevent deterioration and promote recovery by
offering a range of flexible services tailored to meet your specific
needs.Our services, provided in community settings throughout
the region, include a wide range of workshops and courses, talking
therapies, including counselling and cognitive behavioural therapy, and
access to social networks. In Norfolk and Waveney, our peer supporters –
known as Ambassadors – provide an important extension of the services
we offer, promoting wellbeing and helping others.We provide help if you are over 16 and suffering from mild to moderate depression or anxiety. We offer brief interventions with a focus on supported self help.

We can help you access community based resources and support, and provide telephone treatments, workshops and one-to-one work. We also run social events to help you make connections with like-minded people in your area and with local community activities
We offer brief interventions for mild to moderate problems with depression and anxiety. If you have problems in these areas then we can offer an opportunity to discuss with you the best way to meet your needs.
We might offer you the opportunity to attend a workshop to receive help and guidance on tackling your problems or to have self-guided work over the telephone. In some cases one-to-one help is available.
If we cannot meet your needs we do our best to direct you to a service or resource that can help you.
