This service is designed to help you if you arrive at an acute hospital in the region and you have mental health issues or need mental health assessment. We offer mental health assessments, brief intervention and treatment if you are experiencing mental health difficulties within the acute hospital. All acute hospitals are currently served except for the James Paget Hospital in Gorleston-on-Sea, however an extension of the service to this hospital is in progress.
If you are a patient at one of the participating acute hospitals then you are automatically eligible for help. All our referrals come from within the hospital. We don't take self referrals.
