 What help do you offer?

​We provide inpatient and community support to adults if you have a severe and enduring mental health difficulty.

 How do I get help from your service?

​We accept referrals through our 01493 337698 telephone number during working hours. Calls come direct to us. 

If you have concerns about your own mental health, or about the mental health of somebody close to you, you should first contact your GP. They decide if you would benefit from short-term involvement with us. If they feel you would benefit from our support you would normally receive a response from our Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment team.

 What hours is your service available?

Our service operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week.​

 What can I expect from you?

​If you are experiencing an acute mental health crisis we offer you care to prevent further deterioration. 

Your initial contact with us would be through the Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment team, who assess your needs and then offer you support at home or in hospital if it is beneficial to your recovery. If we decide you need to come into hospital we can arrange admission to our ward where our experienced staff are available at all times to help you work through your difficulties.

 What support do you offer carers including friends and family?

​We have a carer support group that meets monthly. If you wish to be part of this group please contact Howard Tidman on 01493 337793. We also offer a carer assessment to those supporting patients using our service. 

We support and encourage you as a patient to bring a friend or family member to appointments to support you and to ask questions about any issues or concerns you may have.
