We have opportunities in our busy adult community mental health team. Flexible Assertive Community Treatment (FACT) provides long term stepped care for people with severe and enduring mental illnesses in the community. This group of service users have complex social functioning in terms of housing, self-care, employment and social inclusion. The FACT service enables us to offer a more flexible way of working with our most severely unwell service users.

We also have opportunities within the Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment service, as well as an acute admission ward for Mental Health. Both of these services are based at the Fermoy unit in King's Lynn. The CRHT is a 24hr service that is community based and provides an alternative to hospital care that meets individual needs.

We look forward to seeing you at the Open Day on 23rd May 2016 at the Fermoy Unit, Queen Elizabeth Hospital. To find out more prior to the Open Day click here.
